Wenn Sie einen privaten Transfer buchen, werden Sie abgeholt und werden mit dem Fahrzeug so nahe wie möglich zu Ihrer Unterkunft gebracht, unter Berücksichtigung der jeweils gegebenen Zufahrts- bzw. Anfahrtsmöglichkeiten.

Gelegentlich ist der direkte Zugang aus verschiedenen Gründen nicht möglich. Fußgängerzonen, private Güter oder zu enge Gassen können beispielsweise die direkte Zufahrt zur vertraglich vereinbarten Adresse verhindern. In diesem Fall werden Sie jeweils zur nächsten Einstiegs- bzw. Aufstiegsmöglichkeit gebracht.
Die Zuständige Person wird Sie beim Ausgang des Terminals mit unserer dalamantransfer.de Tabelle mit Ihrem Namen zu empfang nehmen.
Auf unserer Webseite werden die Aktuellen Preisen übertragen. Übertragene Preise sind Transfer preise und gilt für einmalige Fahrtrichtung. Falls Sie die gewünschte Transferpreise über die Buchung nicht gelangen, somit können Sie das Online Formular ausfüllen und an uns zusenden oder über das Telefon "+90 539 222 16 18 " die preise sich erkundigen. Die Preise sind inkl. 18% Mehrwertsteuer.

A private transfer means that we will transport you as a single passenger without you having to share a car with someone else. When you arrive at the airport, you do not have to wait for other passengers. Our driver is waiting for you in the arrival hall of the respective terminal with a sign in his hand. He’ll take you to the address given. All additional services will be shown in the confirmation email you provided when ordering the service.
If you have booked a private transfer, the driver will be waiting for you in the arrival area name plate. If you do not find the driver, please wait at the information counter collecting place.
If you want to go for a hotel to the airport, please wait at the reception (lobby). If you are picked up from your home, we ask you to wait outside your front door.

The flight/train arrival times are always confirmed by us. If your flight is delayed, don’t worry, because we will wait for you for as long as it takes.
If you find that your baggage is missing, you should inform us as soon as possible by calling the telephone number indicated in the confirmation. Let us know that you have arrived at the airport and still need to transfer. If you have booked an individual transfer from the airport, the driver will wait a maximum of 1 hour beyond the specified time of arrival.
Our modern fleet includes cars, minibuses and buses, depending on the needs of our customers. Most of our vehicles are equipped with VIP (Wifi, air conditioning, refrigerator, etc.).
Each passenger may bring 1 large suitcase and 1 hand luggage without weight limitation. Excess baggage - if you have informed us in advance when you make your reservation - will be carried for an additional charge to be paid by the driver. In the case of certain transfers, an additional baggage charge (transfer fee). We will alert you when you make your reservation.
These and similar items are not classified as standard baggage and therefore, as a general rule, an additional payment is required, the amount of which is based on the destination. You should therefore inform us when you make your reservation.
You are welcome to bring your pet (for a small fee), in a suitable (brought) cage, clean and with the necessary documents (for example a PET passport). You should therefore inform us when you make your reservation.
Only if you have booked an individual transfer can a wheelchair be transported at no extra cost.
If you have booked an individual transfer, this service is included in the price. There is no baggage service available.
Upon arrival, the driver will carry your luggage from the arrival hall to the vehicle (car) and then from the car to the entrance of the hotel. On departure this will be done from the car to the entrance of the departure hall; in the event of scheduled transfer, a luggage service will not be available
If you have decided to pay cash for your transfer booking on the same day, you can only make this cash payment before the transfer to your driver.
If you pay for your transfer on the same day, you can pay either in local currency or in euros. If you pay with Euro, you will normally receive your change in the local currency.
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before arrival.

Please inform our staff about the requested time of the return transfer. The driver will pick you up from your hotel/apartment at the specified time.
In countries where it is compulsory to wear a seat belt, passengers must buckle up when the driver asks them to. Passengers who refuse to do so at the request of the driver are not entitled to continue the transfer. No transfer fees will be refunded, nor will any additional charges be taken into account.
